Every once in a while the world of retail changes. The colors brighten, the air lifts, and no, I'm not talking about the weather. I'm talking about the big signs that are hoisted and plastered on the windows, I'm talking about Sales. Clearances. Specials. These phenomena earn more for businesses than promoting new items at full price- which is great for the consumer shopping for a bargain and great for the business owner trying to lighten a load of merchandise they seem to have too much of.
