Out with the old and in with the new

We have another resolution idea. Out with the old and in with the new--resolve to declutter your lifestyle and pocket some extra cash to boot.

Start by combing through one room at a time and sifting through the things you need and the items you could really live without. If you feel so inspired, donate a portion of your "live without" pile to charity.

The other half?

Garage sale time. Corral the kids, buy some Dymo 30373 compatible price tag labels (to print up for a professional look), make some advertisements and get going. Call it a Pre-Spring sale. Garage sale junkies will eat it up.
